On Tuesday November 2^nd the conference dinner will be organized.

The conference dinner will take place at the Boterhuis in Delft (www.boterhuis.nl), located in the lovely city centre of Delft, close to the City Hall and the Markt.

During the conference dinner Harold Bult from Nizo (www.nizo.com) will give a presentation on the human factors of food.

Harold Bult's expertise is about measuring human perception and performance: How do consumers smell, taste and feel foods and how can this knowledge be used to improve foods and enhance consumer acceptance?

The cost for the conference dinner are 35 euros.
